Commercial  / Property Solicitor 5 + year PQE (Full Time Permanent Position)

This role is in our property team but has a definite commercial flavour to it.

We would love to meet you and discuss the potential to advance your career with us if you are an experienced property solicitor, with at least 5 years experience. We are looking for someone who wishes to build on an existing practice with a view to leading a team one day.

You will be an excellent lawyer who is commercially minded, fun-loving, reliable, honest, empathetic, caring, accountable, inspirational and always achieving as these are the values we will share with you. We will encourage you to fulfil your own potential, whatever that may look like for you.

It would be of great benefit to this role and our current clients if you have experience broader than "property", such as experience with banking and finance, trademarks, leasing, licences, franchises or any other broader areas of expertise in the field of property and commercial

Junior Office Administrator (Full Time Permanent Position)

 

This role is an entry level office work position.

The role includes

  • Daily collection of Mail from the Post Office and DX Box and mail sorting at the office
  • Daily cleaning of Kitchens in the Office
  • Daily reception cover whilst the receptionist is on breaks
  • Daily photocopying as required
  • Regular banking and shopping for the firm as required
  • Regular updating of library resources
  • Scanning of documents and files
  • File closing and deeds filing
  • Preparation of morning teas and helping out with organisation of events and setting up for webinars

Applicants must:

  • have a Full NZ Driver's Licence and access to their own vehicle. Travel cost per kilometre is reimbursed in accordance with IRD rates from time to time.
  • be computer literate and it is an advantage if you are familiar with Microsoft Word
  • be physically fit, this role is demanding, involves a lot of walking and movement and requires heavy lifting from time to time
