Frank Chan is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in banking and finance law. He has a strong background in property law (both residential and commercial), as well as trusts, wills, estates.
Frank acts for a number of private property developers as well as several banks, including the first Indian-owned bank to commence operations in New Zealand.
