Lisa Roberts

Lisa is a specialist conveyancing, property and commercial lawyer. She leads the firm in  property law and her expertise covers a wide range of commercial matters.

Her work includes residential and commercial conveyancing, retirement village (occupation right) agreements, subdivisions, business sale and purchase and wills and trusts.

Lisa acts for a range of businesses and business owners throughout Auckland as well as providing commercial advice to landlords and tenants on commercial lease issues.

Lisa drafts ‘end stage’ subdivisional documents’ for the Auckland Council (West) Subdivisions team which enables developers to complete their development projects.

As former Chairperson of Hospice New Zealand, and West Auckland Hospice, Lisa has been passionate about advancing the work of hospice nationally and was a trustee for West Auckland hospice from 2006 to June 2018.

Governance and leadership are areas of specific interest and passion for Lisa  and she is currently undertaking further study and practice in these.

Currently Lisa is Honorary Solicitor for the West Auckland Historical Society, taking the place of founding partner Brian Corban CNZM QSO in 2017. Previously Lisa has been a previous member of the Auckland District Law Society Documents and Precedents Committee and has always taken a keen interest in matters affecting her local and legal communities.
