Family Dispute Resolution Service

MarkCorban Revell can advise clients on the government’s new Family Dispute Resolution Service for Care of Children matters. If you meet certain eligibility criteria, this service will be at no cost to you.

Our family lawyers are available for an initial meeting to prepare you and to provide initial advice about the Family Court System. They will also prepare you for FDR mediation by discussing the process for mediation, possible outcomes of mediation, and help you to prepare a parenting proposal.

You will leave the meeting with an understanding of the steps that you need to take to progress your matter.  If you think you might be eligible, please contact  Mark Tolich.  You can find out more information here.
