Rachel Nightingale

IMG_5151Corban Revell’s talented litigation lawyer Rachel Nightingale has just been admitted to the bar.  Rachel works across two high performing teams at Corban Revell; the family team with Mark Tolich and the litigation team with Peri Hoskins and Craig Orton. 

Rachel completed her law degree in 2016 and already has impressive experience advising clients in a range of employment matters.  She has a strong foundation in employment law and her experience advising the Employers and Manufacturers Association on employment relations, compliance, and best practice advice provide her with additional insight in employment litigation matters.

Rachel is increasingly involved in assisting with Care of Children applications as part of her role within the family team together with Mark Tolich.

Congratulations, Judge Goodwin

Screen Shot 2018-08-17 at 2.27.21 PMFormer Managing Partner of Corban Revell, Alan Goodwin has been appointed a District Court judge.

We congratulate Alan on his appointment.  Alan was a key member of the Corban Revell legal team from 1995 to 2011.  He joined the firm’s family team in 1995 and soon became partner, leading the firm’s successful family team and before becoming managing partner.

As managing partner Judge Goodwin left a legacy of legal excellence and collaborative teamwork that continues at Corban Revell today.  Official announcements can be found here.

Family Dispute Resolution Service

MarkCorban Revell can advise clients on the government’s new Family Dispute Resolution Service for Care of Children matters. If you meet certain eligibility criteria, this service will be at no cost to you.

Our family lawyers are available for an initial meeting to prepare you and to provide initial advice about the Family Court System. They will also prepare you for FDR mediation by discussing the process for mediation, possible outcomes of mediation, and help you to prepare a parenting proposal.
